SAC is the student activity council of IISER Bhopal. This is the elected student body, which acts as a bridge between the administration and the students to ensure smooth functioning. We ensure that the concerns and demands of the students are properly conveyed to the administration. We are also responsible for all students activities hosted on campus.

The Student Senate is elected via the General Elections held every year.

The senate conducts General Body Meetings (GBM) at regular intervals - the grievance redressal forum for student issues at IISERB.

Senate Meetings are held regularly to resolve these issues and approve overall finance and other high priority issues such as mass level concerns, disputes between the branches of SAC, hostel rules, activity and fest related issues. The Agenda and Minutes of all senate meetings are released in public interest for the reference of the general body.

SAC CONSTITUTION

The Constitution of Student Activity Council (SAC) governs its election, structure and execution, which all office-bearers must adhere to.
It contains the rules, regulations and hierarchy of the organizational structure of SAC and its councils.
